HireGenics solves the obvious problems and incorporates “defect prevention” methods to solve problems before these issues may any cause negative effects to our customers. It should be noted that in every country, the problems requiring regulatory compliance bear slightly different names. That said, the problems (though named differently) are Global. HireGenics solves more extremely large problems for customers than other firms providing service in this space. We create value for our customers and the workers (both W-2 and vetted IC’s) that we serve, and we do this at the least possible cost to the Enterprise customer.
Tools and procedures allow HireGenics the ability to reduce the total cost of ownership for both the workers and customer thus the impact to the worker is nominal. HireGenics aligns its approach with the stated goal of our customers. HireGenics has developed and implemented HGComply such that process efficiency and consistency can be harnessed to remove cost. Using HGComply allows for the collection and storage of the required documents to satisfy unique compliance requirements country by country, local region by local region.
